Increasing productivity while maintaining flexibility are common requirements in manufacturing companies. We have many years of experience in process design and the implementation of application systems across various types of production, whether assembly line production, one-off production, or the process industry. In the context of Industry 4.0, we develop proposals for the use of cyber-physical systems to enhance competitiveness. Depending on the task at hand, we employ methods such as ROI analysis or value stream mapping.
